Eligibility
Auction is open to adults aged 18 years or older.
Registration
The online registration form must be completed and confirmed by email in order to validate your registration to the Outfitter Getaway Auction.
The highest bidder shall be informed by email of the amount that must be paid through our secured website for the item.
Bids for all packages start Monday November 2 2009 at 8:00 (Eastern Time).
Bids for Pourvoirie Club Hosanna and Pourvoirie Domaine Touristique packages end Sunday January 3 2010 at 23:59 (Eastern Time).
Bids for Pourvoirie Windigo package end Sunday January 31 2010 at 23:59 (Eastern Time).
Bids for all summer packages end Sunday March 14 2010 at 23:59 (Eastern Time).
Packages
Should a credit card transaction or bank account transfer be refused, the bidder’s purchases will be cancelled. The preceding bidder shall be considered highest bidder for the item concerned.
All participants agree to be guarantor of their bids.
Packages are not exchangeable or convertible.
Transaction security
All transactions on our website are secured by Paypal.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
The amount will be charged to the highest bidder only.
Responsibility of outfitters offering packages
The outfitter remains the one and only responsible for the product or service description that is offered. The outfitter clears the Association des pourvoiries de la Mauricie from all responsibilities relating to the product or service offered.
Responsibility for the Outfitter Getaway Auction sequence
The Mauricie Outfitter Association (Association des pourvoiries de la Mauricie) will do all in its power to prevent any interruption in the auction sequence but cannot guarantee it. Should the auction be interrupted due to technical problems with computer programs, or Internet service, the Mauricie Outfitter Association will take the necessary steps to deliver a functional auction as soon as it can.
In case of incontrollable situation, the Mauricie Outfitter Association has the right to suspend, cancel or withdraw the auction without any formalities and will not be held responsible for any damage it could cause.
